
Gold Prices Drop by Rs 1,000 Per Tola in Nepal


The price of gold in the domestic market has declined by Rs 1,000 per tola (11.66 grams) today, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association. As of today, gold is being traded at Rs 175,000 per tola, down from Rs 176,000 on Thursday.
Similarly, the price of silver has also decreased by Rs 35 per tola, bringing its rate to Rs 1,995 per tola.
In the international market, gold is currently priced at 3,027 US dollars per ounce, influencing the local market rates.
The decline in gold and silver prices may impact local jewelers and investors, especially those who consider precious metals as a safe investment during economic uncertainties.
