Gold Prices Reach Record High, Rising by Rs 800 Per Tola

Gold prices in Nepal surged to an all-time high on Tuesday, reaching Rs 176,000 per tola (11.66 grams), according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association. The price increase of Rs 800 per tola comes amid a global surge in gold prices, with international rates hitting $3,035 per ounce.

Meanwhile, silver prices dropped by Rs 5 per tola, settling at Rs 2,045 per tola in the domestic market.
