Government Recommends Ambassadors for 18 Countries

The government has recommended ambassadors for 18 different countries. This decision was made during today’s meeting of the Council of Ministers, as announced by Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration Raj Kumar Gupta.

Minister Gupta shared that Shankar Sharma will continue as Nepal’s Ambassador to India, while Lok Darshan Regmi has been recommended for the United States of America. The cabinet also decided to recall ambassadors from five countries.

In addition to these appointments, the meeting approved the transfer of 22 secretaries and the recall of province chiefs from Bagmati, Lumbini, and Karnali provinces. Yadav Chandra Sharma from Bagmati, Amik Sherchan from Lumbini, and Tilak Pariyar from Karnali have been recalled from their posts as Province Chiefs, according to Minister Gupta.
