Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Urban Development, Prakash Man Singh, has said that the government’s newly unveiled policies and programmes are centered on driving socioeconomic transformation across the country.
Speaking at an event marking the 11th anniversary of Syasya Samaj Yala in Lalitpur, DPM Singh stated that the plans for the upcoming fiscal year are aligned with the goals of implementing the constitution and fulfilling public aspirations.
“The current government was formed with the objective of ensuring political stability and improving the livelihoods of the people,” he said, adding that the nation must not forget the rights gained through years of struggle.
He also praised the role of the Society in promoting unity among Nepal’s diverse communities, saying that shared values among different linguistic and cultural groups help foster social harmony.
Society Chairman Nawin Mangal Joshi highlighted the organization’s continued efforts in promoting unity, tolerance, and social cohesion.
