Gujarat Welcomes Nepal as Partner Country for Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024
In a significant stride towards fostering international cooperation, Gujarat is elated to welcome Nepal as a Partner Country for the 10th Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit (VGGS) scheduled for January 2024. The collaboration marks a robust commitment to knowledge exchange and innovation between the Indian state of Gujarat and the Himalayan nation.
Under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the guidance of Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, Gujarat is gearing up to host the VGGS with the theme ‘Gateway to the Future.’
The summit has gained remarkable support, with 28 countries and 14 organizations confirming their participation as partner countries and organizations, respectively. The inclusion of Nepal among the partner countries symbolizes a deepening of ties, not only between nations but also a shared commitment to progress and development.
The 28 confirmed partner countries represent a diverse global participation, showcasing the summit’s international significance. These nations include Australia, Bangladesh, Czech Republic, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Indonesia, Japan, Kenya, Malaysia, Malta, Morocco, Mozambique, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Republic of Korea, Rwanda, Singapore, Tanzania, Thailand, UAE, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Ghana, and Vietnam.
Each partner country is poised to make substantial contributions to the success of VGGS 2024 by fostering bilateral relations, facilitating collaborations, and creating avenues for trade and investment.
VGGS 2024 also enjoys the support of 14 esteemed partner organizations, reinforcing its status as a premier global summit. These organizations include the American Chamber of Commerce in India (AMCHAM India), EPIC India-University of Chicago, Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), Indo-African Chamber of Commerce and Industry, International Solar Alliance, Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO), Korea Trade and Investment Agency, Netherlands Business Support Office (NBSO), Council of EU Chambers of Commerce in India, UAE India Business Council, US India Business Council (USIBC), and US India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF).
Moreover, the Indian Business Chamber (INCHAM) in Vietnam and the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICCI) in Italy also join the ranks of esteemed partner organizations.
