Kedar Neupane, the Vice Chairman of the Madhav Kumar Nepal-led CPN (Unified Socialist) party, has made a political shift by returning to the CPN-UML after a gap of two years. Neupane, who had resigned from the Unified Socialist citing policy differences and its pro-Congress tendencies, has now decided to rejoin the CPN-UML.
The decision by Neupane to rejoin the CPN-UML was met with warm greetings from the party’s top leadership. Chairman KP Sharma Oli, General Secretary Shankar Pokharel, Deputy General Secretary Pradeep Gyawali, and other prominent leaders welcomed Neupane and Surya Sharma at the UML Central Office in Chyasal.
