Hazy Weather to Persist in Kathmandu for a Few More Days

The Kathmandu Valley remains shrouded in haze, with air pollution continuing to affect local weather conditions. According to meteorologist Binu Maharjan, the hazy conditions are expected to persist for a few more days but are likely to subside from Friday as wind activity increases.

While there is no immediate possibility of rainfall, the haze is gradually clearing. The Weather Forecasting Division reports that westerly and local winds are influencing the country’s weather, leading to partly cloudy conditions in the hilly regions, including Lumbini Province.

Temperatures in the valley have been cooler today compared to yesterday, but a rise in temperature is expected in the coming days.
