Hearing on Home Minister Lamichhane’s citizenship case commences

The Supreme Court has started final hearing on a case related to citizenship of Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane.
The hearing has started in the bench of Acting Chief Justice Hari Krishna Karki and Justices Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha, Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada, Dr Ananda Mohan Bhattarai and Anil Kumar Sinha.
The apex court will give its verdict on this case today after the plaintiff, defendants and the government attorney’s debate.
