Indian Embassy and INTACH jointly organized International Seminar in Kathmandu

Indian Embassy in Kathmandu, in collaboration with Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage (INTACH) organized an International Seminar in Kathmandu on Sunday.

An International seminar on “Conservation of Natural and Cultural Heritage” was organised on the occasion of India’s 75th Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.

Sudan Kirati, Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation of Nepal, Sushila Shreepali, Minister of State for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation along with Indian Ambassador Naveen Shrivastav jointly inaugurated the event.

On the ocassion, ambassador Shrivastav informed about the Indian government’s contribution to conserving cultural heritage in Kathmandu.

Similarly, Minister Kirati also appreciated the efforts of the Indian Embassy in bringing together conservation experts from India and Nepal to reconstruct and restore natural and cultural heritage.
