Indian Foreign Secretary Kwatra meets Former Home Minister Khand

Foreign Secretary of India, Vinay Mohan Kwatra held a meeting with Nepali Congress leader and Former Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand today.

In the meeting held in Kathmandu on Tuesday, mutual relations between the two countries, politics of Nepal and contemporary issues were discussed.
