Indian Singer Sidhu Moose Wala murder accused arrested from Nepal

It has been revealed that the three Indian nationals who were arrested for stealing a child in Kachana kawal, Jhapa, are fugitive accused involved in the murder of famous Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala.

On 8 September 2022, the villagers of Kechana initially mistook the trio as members of a child-lifting gang and were beaten up and handed over to local police in Nepal.

During the investigation, the Indian nationals gave other names to the Nepal police as Hemanta, Sumit, and Rajendra. They also had a fake Aadhaar card in that name. During the interrogation, the accused and his associates misled the Nepal Police by identifying themselves as businessmen from India.

However, it has been revealed that their real names are Deepak, Kapil Pandit, and Ranjindar and they are the fugitive shooters of singer Moose Wala’s murder case.

As soon as Rajindra alias Joker, who was in the custody of the Nepal Police, dialed a close acquaintance, the calls were intercepted by the Delhi Police.

The Indian officers of the special cell immediately contacted the Nepal Police and informed them that the three people arrested on suspicion of child theft are actually wanted in the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala.

Delhi and Punjab Police officials submitted relevant documents in Nepal. The accused and his aides were then sent to Delhi.

On May 29, singer-politician Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead by unidentified assailants in Punjab’s Mansa district.
