Kathmandu Metropolitan City Urges Vacating Lalita Niwas Area

The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has issued a stern notice, calling upon residents, businesses, and institutions situated in the Lalita Niwas Area to evacuate the premises within a week.

Emphasizing the government’s rightful ownership, as per the decree of the Special Court, the municipal authority reiterated its stance on reclaiming the disputed territory.

Warning of possible repercussions, the local administration has underscored the importance of compliance with the evacuation directive within the stipulated timeframe.
