The announcement was made during an interaction program with industrialists, traders, and the business community in Biratnagar on Thursday, marking 100 days since the formation of his government.
Chief Minister Karki expressed his commitment to attracting both domestic and foreign investors to Nepal. He highlighted that efforts would be made to encourage investment from neighboring countries as well.
During the interaction, Karki offered 650 bigha of land at Amduba in Barju Rural Municipality, Sunsari, for industrial development, contingent on the private sector’s readiness to establish industries in the area.
