‘KP Oli is a VC, Professor, Doctor, Engineer, Architect – He is Everything’

After CPN-Maoist Center lawmaker Madhav Sapkota referred to UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli as a headmaster on Monday, lawmaker Gokul Baskota has responded to his comments.

Lawmaker Sapkota stated that during the discussions on the government’s policies and programs in a House of Representatives meeting on Sunday, Oli acted like a headmaster.

President Ram Chandra Paudel had presented the annual policies and programs on Friday.

In response, lawmaker Baskota expressed his surprise at the ruling party’s shift in strategy, concealing its weaknesses and acknowledging the opposition’s astuteness by retaliating sharply.

He further commented, “We also have something to say in return. You called KP Oli a headmaster, and we are not offended.” The UML party represents a university of change that upholds democracy, national independence, and social justice. The title you bestowed upon us is insufficient. KP Oli is the Vice-Chancellor of this university, a professor, a doctor, an engineer, an architect – is everything. You have at least learned something. Congratulations! I extend my congratulations to you.”
