Lamichhane’s Frustration: ‘Irritating A Person Has Its Limits’

The case regarding the citizenship of Rabi Lamichhane, the President of Rashtriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has once again been brought before the Supreme Court.

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court accepted the case filed by advocate Yuwaraj Safal.

After the case concerning his citizenship was refiled, Lamichhane stated that there are limits to irritating a person.

Rabi took to Facebook and wrote, “Filing a lawsuit and running a lawsuit industry are two different things. There is also a limit to irritating a person.”

The initial petition was submitted to the court on May 8 but was rejected. However, the petitioner challenged the court’s decision, leading Justice Til Prasad Shrestha to order the court administration to register the petition.

The hearing for the petition is scheduled for May 31.
