Local levels urged to work for capacity building of aspirant civil servants

Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration Aman Lal Modi has taken the lead to advance capacity development programme for the civil servants aspirants along with the inclusive representatives.

As per a minister-level decision, Modi has decided to conduct capacity development programme for the entry of public service including the civil service. Public service commission preparation classes and other tools of the capacity development would be adopted, the Ministry has written to all 753 local levels on Wednesday in line with the minister’s decision.

For the entry to the public administration, the local levels shall run the capacity development programme for women, indigenous nationalities, Dalit, Madhesi, Tharu, Muslim, backward society, minorities, people with disabilities and the sexual minorities, family members of martyrs, enforced disappearance, conflict-hit and other needy ones by maximum utilization of means and resources.
