The Managing Director of Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC), Umesh Prasad Thani, has tendered his resignation from the prestigious position. Thani submitted his resignation letter to the Minister for Industry, Commerce, and Supplies, Ramesh Rijal, adding an unexpected twist to his 15-month tenure.
