NC Chaudhary backed by 8 parties claims to form government in Lumbini Province

Lumbini Province Parliamentary Party Leader of the Nepali Congress, Dilli Bahadur Chaudhary, has submitted a formal claim for the formation of the government in the Lumbini Province. The claim was presented to the Province Chief, Amik Sherchan, in an official capacity.

Chaudhary, with the backing of eight political parties, submitted a claim to the Province Chief’s Office for the formation of the government in Lumbini Province. The claim was supported by the signatures of 53 members of the Provincial Assembly (PA), adding further weight to Chaudhary’s bid to become the new Chief Minister of the province.

The alliance has proposed Chaudhary as the new Chief Minister of the Province.

Dilli Bahadur Chaudhary received support from political parties, including the Nepali Congress, CPN (Maoist Centre), Janata Samajwadi Party, Loktantrik Samajwadi Party, Nagarik Unmukti Party, Janamat, Rashtriya Janamorcha, and CPN (United Socialist) Party.
