Nepal Airlines’ A-330 Aircraft Returns to Kathmandu After C-Check in Italy

Nepal Airlines’ wide-body A-330 aircraft, with the call sign ‘N ALY,’ has returned to Kathmandu after undergoing a C-check in Italy. The plane, named Annapurna, was sent for maintenance on June 22 and landed at Tribhuvan International Airport at 8:36 a.m. today after two and a half months.

Ramesh Paudel, spokesperson for Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC), confirmed the aircraft’s arrival and noted that with this addition, NAC will operate three aircraft, including two narrow-body planes and this wide-body, for long-distance international flights, including destinations beyond Japan.

Another wide-body aircraft from the NAC fleet is currently in Italy for a C-check as well.
