Nepal and Cambodia Discuss Direct Air Service and Buddhist Tourism Cooperation

Nepal has initiated discussions with Cambodia to establish direct air connectivity between the two nations.

During a meeting in Phnom Penh on Tuesday, Nepal’s Minister for Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation, Badri Prasad Pandey, held talks with his Cambodian counterpart regarding direct air services. Discussions also focused on strengthening religious and tourism ties through the Greater Buddha Circuit.

Minister Pandey also met Cambodia’s Minister for Culture and Religious Affairs, Chay Borin, to explore broader tourism cooperation and areas of mutual interest between the two countries.
