Nepali Radio Takes a Step Forward with On-Demand Listening Feature

Accessing Nepali radio programs has become more convenient than ever, allowing listeners to tune in at their preferred time. Previously, Nepalis at home and abroad often missed important broadcasts due to time differences or scheduling conflicts.
Addressing this issue, Nepal’s first digital calendar, Nepali Patro, has introduced a new feature that enables users to listen to radio programs on demand. For the first time in Nepal, radio programs can now be accessed as per the listener’s schedule in the Nepali calendar. Nepali Patro has confirmed that audio recordings of broadcasts from the past 48 hours will be available under the respective radio station’s section within the app.
Nepali Patro is widely known for providing accurate calendars, almanacs, horoscopes, and updates on public holidays. Additionally, it offers real-time news from popular Nepali sources. With a 4.3-star rating on the Google Play Store, it has become a trusted platform for many Nepali users. The app also features content from over 400 popular radio stations in Nepal, along with essential daily updates on fuel prices, exchange rates, gold and silver rates, and vegetable market prices.
“We are continuously working to enhance Nepali Patro with new and user-friendly technologies while ensuring security. We deeply value user feedback and will continue to improve the app based on their suggestions,” stated Nepali Patro in a press release.
