Nepal’s Ambassador Presents Letter of Credence to Sri Lankan President

Nepal’s Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Purna Bahadur Nepali, formally presented his letter of credence to Sri Lankan President Anura Kumara Dissanayake. The presentation took place during a special ceremony at the Office of the President on Monday, as confirmed by the Embassy of Nepal in Colombo.

During the ceremony, Ambassador Nepali conveyed best wishes from Nepal’s President, Ramchandra Paudel, for President Dissanayake’s personal well-being, health, and the ongoing peace and progress of Sri Lanka. In response, President Dissanayake extended similar wishes for the happiness, health, and prosperity of the Nepali people.

The event was attended by Sri Lanka’s Foreign Minister, the Secretary at the Office of the President, the ambassador’s spouse, and senior officials from both the Office of the President and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
