
Newly Appointed Province Chiefs Sworn into Office


In a formal ceremony held on Wednesday, newly appointed Province Chiefs took their oath of office and secrecy, marking a significant milestone in the governance structure of Nepal.
President Ram Chandra Poudel presided over the event, administering the oath to three distinguished individuals entrusted with leading their respective provinces. Sumitra Bhandari took the oath for Madhesh Province, Delhi Raj Bhatta for Gandaki Province, and Najir Miya for Sudur Paschim Province.
The solemn occasion, held at a prestigious venue, garnered attention from various dignitaries, including Vice President Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Speaker Dev Raj Ghimire, and Chairman of the National Assembly Narayan Prasad Dahal.
