Oli Accuses Prachanda of Misusing UML Funds

CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has accused CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal of misusing UML’s funds during the existence of the CPN.
During a recent event, Oli claimed that an actual unification between the UML and Maoist Center did not occur. He alleged that despite the formation of CPN, Dahal failed to provide details of the Maoists’ funds and continued to engage in separate activities.
The merger of UML and Maoist Center took place in May 2018. Oli stated that there were no separate gatherings or meetings held by UML during that period, but Dahal allegedly kept his party alive with separate meetings and an independent office.
Oli further accused Dahal of utilizing UML’s money for his party’s operations without disclosing any financial information or contributions from the Maoists’ funds. He suggested that Dahal’s intention was to take control of the party and potentially split from it if he couldn’t achieve his objectives within the united party.
