Paudel Nominated Chief of Coordination Department of NC Liaison Committee
Kiranraj Sharma Paudel, a central committee member of the Nepali Congress (NC), has been nominated as the Chief of the Coordination Department of the NC’s Liaison Committee. The nomination was made on Wednesday by NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba, in accordance with Article 25 (9) and Article 37 (1) of the Party’s Statute, 2017 BS (with amendments), as stated in a press release issued by NC central office’s chief secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel.
Paudel, born in Paiyunpata of Baglung Municipality in 2023 BS, embarked on his political journey in 2036 BS by affiliating with the Nepal Students’ Union (NSU). His long-standing commitment to the party and experience within its ranks has been recognized with this significant appointment.
The Nepali Congress, one of the major political parties in Nepal, continues to strategically place seasoned members in key positions to strengthen its organizational framework and enhance its operational efficiency. Paudel’s nomination is seen as a step towards reinforcing the party’s coordination efforts and ensuring effective communication within its various wings.
