
PM Prachanda pays tribute to late Yadav


Prime Minister and CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has paid tribute to martyr Rambriksha Yadav.
At a programme organised at the party headquarters, Parisdanda today, Chairperson Prachanda paid tribute to the late Yadav by garlanding Yadav’s image. Yadav was an influential leader of the then CPN (Maoist) in Tarai Madhes.
He was killed by security personnel at a local Sabaila in the initial phase of the armed conflict. The CPN (Maoist) had declared Yadav a martyr. The Maoist Centre extends tribute to the late Yadav by organising a condolence assembly on Bhadau 2 every year, said party office secretary, Dor Prasad Upadhyay.
Vice-Chairpersons of CPN (Maoist Centre), Agni Sapkota and Pampha Bhusal, Deputy General-Secretary Barshaman Pun as well as other top leaders and cadres were present in the condolence assembly.
