PM Reaffirms Alliance Stability, Reports Positive Talks with Oli

Prime Minister Pushpakal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ dismissed speculation of an impending change in the ruling coalition during Monday’s Cabinet meeting. He highlighted positive discussions with CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli, reinforcing the stability of their alliance.

Minister of Communication and Information Technology, Rekha Sharma, echoed the Prime Minister’s sentiments, refuting rumors of discord within the government. “The rumors are baseless,” she affirmed, quoting Prachanda’s optimism: “There is a strong indication that this alliance will endure long-term.”

Sharma clarified that allegations of misinformation aimed at destabilizing the government are unfounded. She emphasized that forming a national unity government is currently not on the agenda.
