President Announces Study on Hydrogen’s Prospects in the Country

President Ram Chandra Paudel unveiled the government’s policies and programs during a joint session of the House of Representatives (HoR) and the National Assembly.

As part of the agenda, the government will conduct a comprehensive study on the production and utilization potential of hydrogen in the country. Additionally, the private sector will be incentivized to promote green energy production, ensuring access to energy for all citizens.

President Paudel also emphasized the prioritization of the Budhigandaki Hydropower project and the installation of underground electricity distribution cables in major cities nationwide.
