Price of Gold Rises by Rs 2,300 per Tola

The price of gold has surged significantly in the local market today. The yellow metal saw an increase of Rs 2,300 per tola (11.66 grams) compared to the previous day’s rates.
As of today, hallmark gold is being traded at Rs 140,500 per tola, a notable rise from Wednesday’s price of Rs 138,200. Similarly, worked gold is now priced at Rs 139,800 per tola, up by Rs 2,250 from Rs 137,550 on Wednesday.
The price of silver has also seen an uptick, rising by Rs 70 per tola. It is now priced at Rs 2,000 per tola, compared to Rs 1,930 on Wednesday, as per the Federation of Gold and Silver Dealers Association.
The continuous increase in gold prices reflects ongoing changes in the global market and local demand dynamics.
