Prime Minister Oli to Address Parliament on March 31

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is set to address the House of Representatives on March 31, focusing on the ongoing parliamentary obstruction and replacement bills.

Chief Whip of the CPN (UML), Mahesh Bartaula, confirmed that the Prime Minister’s address will primarily address the disruptions caused by opposition parties, who have been obstructing parliamentary proceedings for the past three days. The protest stems from the government’s decision to remove Kulman Ghising from his position as Managing Director of the Nepal Electricity Authority.
