Prime Minister Talks with CPC’s Yuan Jiajun in Kathmandu from Italy

On Sunday, a significant event occurred as Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ engaged in a virtual dialogue with Yuan Jiajun, a prominent member of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC) Politburo. The meeting took place at 4 PM local time at the Prime Minister’s Secretariat in Kathmandu.

The dialogue was made possible as the Prime Minister is in Rome while the Chinese delegation is on a two-day visit to Nepal. Despite being in different countries, the leaders were able to connect virtually.

During the virtual meeting, Prime Minister Prachanda extended warm welcomes to the Chinese delegation in Nepal, showing the importance of the diplomatic relations between the two nations. Both leaders expressed mutual respect for each other’s countries, emphasizing the significance of  relationship between Nepal and China.

The main focus of their discussions revolved around matters of mutual interest.
