Rabi Lamichhane elected as HoR member from Chitwan-2

Rabi Lamichhane, Chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Chitwan-2.

Rabi Lamichhane defeated his nearest rival Umesh Shrestha of Nepali Congress and Krishna Bhakta Pokharel of CPN UML.

Lamichhane got 49,261 votes while NC’s Umesh Shrestha got 15,099 votes. Krishna Bhakta Pokharel of UML received 14,649 votes.
