Rain and Snowfall Expected Across Nepal, Weather Forecast Warns
The influence of westerly winds has brought changes in weather patterns across Nepal, with the Weather Forecasting Division of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology predicting rain and snowfall in various regions.
Partly cloudy skies are anticipated in the hilly areas of Sudurpaschim, Karnali, Lumbini, Gandaki, Bagmati, and Koshi provinces, while the rest of the country is expected to experience fair weather conditions.
According to the weather forecast, light to moderate rainfall is expected in select locations of the hilly regions of Sudurpaschim, Karnali, and Gandaki provinces, as well as certain areas of Lumbini province and a few spots in other hilly regions this afternoon.
Furthermore, light to moderate snowfall is likely in high hilly and mountainous regions of Sudurpaschim, Karnali, and Gandaki provinces. Tonight, the entire country is expected to experience cloudy conditions, with light to moderate rain forecasted in some areas of Sudurpaschim, Karnali, and Gandaki provinces, as well as a few locations in the hilly regions of Bagmati and Lumbini provinces.
