‘Remarkable Progress Made by India in Space Sector’: Deuba Congratulates India

Former Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President, Sher Bahadur Deuba, has taken a moment to congratulate India on the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 on the moon.

In a Tweet, he conveyed his congratulations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the people of India for this significant achievement in space exploration. Deuba also expressed admiration for the exceptional efforts of ISRO’s scientists.

After a journey spanning a month and nine days through space, Chandrayaan-3 accomplished its primary mission with a historic soft landing in the moon’s south pole region at 6:03 pm on Wednesday, August 23. This remarkable milestone places India in an exclusive group of only four countries to achieve a moon landing and stands as the first successful landing near the moon’s south pole.
