Traffic resumed on Prithvi highway

The Prithvi highway which was obstructed due to a landslide has been resumed.

Vehicular movement on the highway was obstructed after a landslide occurred at the Muglin- Malekhu section of the highway between Phisling and Mauwakhola at Ichhakamana rural municipality-3 this morning.

Chief of the Area Police Office Muglin, Police Inspector Nirala Bhandari said the two-way traffic has now resumed after removing the landslide debris that had accumulated on and blocked the highway.

The vehicles that were stranded have left for their respective destinations with the resumption of the highway.
