Tragic Car Accident Claims Eight Lives in Pyuthan District

In a devastating car accident on Monday, eight individuals lost their lives in Pyuthan district. The accident occurred at the Swargadwari-Bhingri road section, involving a car with the registration number Lu 1 Cha 6345. The victims, who had just completed their worship at the Swargadwari temple, were on their way back when the accident took place.

The identities of the one victim is to be determined, according to local sources.

Emergency responders swiftly transported the injured to the District Hospital in Bijuwar. However, upon arrival, medical professionals pronounced all eight individuals deceased. Dr. Pratikshya Mishra, a doctor at the hospital, confirmed that there were no survivors among the victims.

Among the eight fatalities, there were two adult males, two adult females, and four children. Investigations have revealed that all of them were residents of Narayanpur in the Dang district.

Eyewitnesses reported that the car veered off the road from the upper turning and tumbled down to the lower turning, resulting in the tragic incident. The precise cause of the accident is under investigation, and local authorities are working to gather more information.
