
Two Killed in Excavator Accident in Humla


Two individuals lost their lives in an excavator accident that occurred in Chankheli Rural Municipality-2 of Humla on Sunday night.
The victims have been identified as 45-year-old Parbal Kami and 31-year-old excavator operator Arjun Kami, both residents of Chankheli-2, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police Shankar Pokharel of the District Police Office.
The accident took place when the excavator (State No. 2.03.001 Ka 975) veered off the road at Pipalang in Loti and plunged approximately 100 meters down a slope. Both men were critically injured and rushed to Shrimashtha Primary Health Post for medical treatment, but were pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
