Two Succumb to Injuries From Kamalpokhari Fire Incident

Two of the 11 workers injured in a fire caused by a cooking gas cylinder explosion at an eatery in Kamalpokhari last Thursday have died while undergoing treatment.

According to SP Apil Raj Bohara, spokesperson for the District Police Range Kathmandu, the deceased have been identified as 18-year-old Rabin Rai of Hetauda and 25-year-old Bhim Bahadur Ghale of Udayapur. Rai passed away last night, while Ghale succumbed to his injuries this morning at Kirtipur-based Burn Hospital.

The remaining injured individuals continue to receive treatment at the same hospital.
