UML decides to quit government and withdraw its support

CPN-UML has decided to quit the government led by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’.

The party also decided to withdraw its support to the government.

This decision was taken by the party’s Secretariat meeting held this morning.

UML says that the Prime Minister did not implement the prior agreement regarding the presidential election.

The party’s Secretariat meeting has not made any decision about the provinces.
