UML Finalizes Names of 8 Ministers

The CPN-UML has finalized the names of eight ministers who will participate in the government from their party. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, who is also the chairman of CPN-UML, made the decision in a meeting of top leaders held last night at his Balkot residence.

The ministers from UML who will join the government are:

Bishnu Poudel
Prithvi Subba Gurung
Rajkumar Gupta
Manbeer Rai
Balaram Adhikari
Debendra Dahal
Bidya Bhattarai
Damodar Bhandari

This decision comes as part of an agreement between the ruling party, CPN-UML, and the Nepali Congress. According to the agreement, eight ministries will be taken by UML and nine by the Nepali Congress.

Prime Minister Oli has scheduled the oath-taking ceremony for the new ministers at 11 am today.
