Unified Socialist’s central secretariat meeting today
06th Mar 2024
CPN (Unified Socialist) has called its central secretariat meeting today to decide whether or not to participate in the new coalition government.
The meeting scheduled to take place at the party central office, Anamnagar, at 11.00 am on Wednesday morning will discuss on several matters, including latest political developments, informed party secretary Jeevan Ram Shrestha.
It may be noted that the CPN (Maoist Centre) and CPN (UML) had urged the Unified Socialist to join the government following the dissolution of old ruling coalition and formation of new alliance.
Secretary Shrestha shared that the meeting would obtain information about the objective of ruling coalition, decision and process and build the party’s opinion.
