US expresses grief over Pokhara plane crash

United States of America have expressed grief over the fatal plane crash that took place in Pokhara today.

The US Embassy in Kathmandu, through its official social media account, noted that it was extremely saddened by the tragic accident and extended condolences to the members of the bereaved family.

“We are monitoring the situation carefully. We are currently not aware of any U.S. citizens on board. Our hearts go out to the victims and families,” the Embassy said .

A Yeti Airlines plane that flew from Kathmandu to Pokhara met with an accident before landing in Pokhara this morning. The plane was carrying 68 passengers including four crew members.
