Writ Filed to Remove Rabi Lamichhane as Lawmaker

A petition has been formally lodged in the Supreme Court, requesting the annulment of the lawmaker position held by Rabi Lamichhane, the President of the Rashtriya Swatantra Party(RSP).

The writ was filed by Yuwaraj Paudel, also known as ‘Safal,’ hailing from Sindhuli.

The court had initially directed the registration of the writ on Tuesday, and subsequently, on Wednesday, it was officially recorded by the Supreme Court.
