60-Year-Old Man Arrested for Allegedly Raping 14-Year-Old Girl

A 60-year-old man identified as Asharam Chaudhary, residing in Tikapur municipality-1, has been apprehended by the District Police Office, Kailali, on charges of raping a 14-year-old girl. The arrest took place at his residence last night.

Reports suggest that Chaudhary allegedly took the minor to the Kailasheshwar community forest near the village where the heinous act occurred a few days ago. The arrest followed a complaint lodged by the victim’s parents.

The District Police Office, Kailali, has confirmed that further investigation into the incident is underway.
