Nepal’s cricketing dreams have come true! In a thrilling semi-final showdown at the T20 World Cup qualifiers, Nepal emerged victorious, securing their spot in the upcoming World Cup. With determination, skill, and teamwork, Nepal successfully chased down the target set by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) .

The nation erupted in celebration as they defeated the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by 8 wickets, punching their ticket to the T20 World Cup scheduled to take place in America and the West Indies in June 2024.

During their triumphant chase of UAE’s target of 135 runs, Aasif Shaikh of Nepal emerged as the star performer, amassing an impressive 63 runs. The team’s captain, Rohit Paudel, contributed significantly with 35 runs, while Gulshan Jha added 22 runs, and Kushal Bhurtel provided a solid start with 11 runs.
