NC Names Krishna Bahadur Rokaya as Chief Whip in National Assembly

The Nepali Congress (NC), Nepal’s primary opposition party, has chosen Krishna Bahadur Rokaya to serve as its Chief Whip in the National Assembly.
NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba disclosed Rokaya’s appointment on Monday, solidifying his role as the Chief Whip in the upper house of the Parliament.
Rokaya, a representative from Karnali province, secured his position in the National Assembly through election.
