PM Dahal Invites Indian PM Modi to Visit Nepal
Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has extended an invitation to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to visit Nepal. Dahal announced the invitation while addressing the media at Tribhuvan International Airport upon his return from India on Monday.
“I have invited Prime Minister Modi to visit Nepal,” Dahal confirmed. “In our meeting, we had an in-depth discussion on strengthening Nepal-India relations and implementing past agreements between our countries,” he added.
Dahal highlighted that the discussions with Indian officials covered a range of bilateral issues. Key topics included the resumption of meetings of all bilateral mechanisms, the implementation of the Pancheshwar multi-purpose project, the Arun hydropower project, and enhancing cooperation in the agricultural sector.
