Armed Police Rescue Three Trapped in Snow in Humla District

The Armed Police Force successfully saved three individuals who were trapped in the snow in Namkha Rural Municipality-5, Nara Lake, Humla District.

According to DSP Shailendra Thapa, co-spokesperson of the armed forces, the trapped individuals, including Chepak Lama, a village overseer, found themselves stranded while returning from a mission to receive grant materials from China.

The rescue operation was launched promptly upon receiving news of their predicament on Thursday morning at 10 o’clock. A team from the Border Outpost Hilsa of the Armed Police Force was deployed for the rescue mission.

Despite the challenging conditions, the team managed to reach the stranded individuals and successfully brought them to safety by 1 pm.
