Clean Sweep: Ruling Coalition Dominates Sudurpaschim Province’s NA Election

All the candidate representing the ruling coalition emerged victorious in the National Assembly Member Election held in Sudurpaschim Province. The triumph was achieved by overcoming the challenge posed by the candidate from the main opposition party, UML.

Furthermore, the election results also brought about significant representation diversity, with notable wins for women and individuals with disabilities. Renu Chand from the Maoist party secured a victory for women, Narayan Bhatta of Congress was elected to represent those with disabilities, and Baldev Bohora, also from Congress, emerged victorious on the other side.
