Corporate Excellence Award Goes to FNCCI President Dhakal

Chandra Prasad Dhakal, the President of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), has been awarded the Corporate Excellence Award by the Association of Chartered Accountants of Nepal. The award was presented by President Ram Chandra Poudel in a ceremony held in the capital this Thursday.

The Association has recognized Dhakal for his impactful contributions towards the nation’s economic development, job creation, and both physical and human capital development. Dhakal’s entrepreneurial ventures span across various sectors including banking, investment, tourism, hydroelectricity, insurance, and social services, stemming from his origins in rural western Nepal.

In acknowledging his achievements, the Association praised Dhakal’s “dedication, commitment, competence, and capacity.” The commendation letter highlighted, “Your achievements in fostering the nation’s economy, development, and employment across various sectors underscore your dedication and competence. This award is a testament to your dedication.”

Dhakal expressed his gratitude for the recognition, stating that the honor further motivates him to take on greater responsibilities in the future.
